As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in representing the school and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner. * Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general enquiries. * Manage the signing-in process and maintain accurate records. * Provide administrative support to the school office, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. * Assist with organising appointments and meetings. * Uphold safeguarding and confidentiality policies at all times.
