Strategy Education are seeking a passionate and resilient PE Teacher to join an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Alternative Provision in Southend-on-Sea. This is achieved by providing high quality teaching and learning and by using assessment, engagement and developing educational programmes. What We’re Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but applications are welcomed from unqualified teachers with relevant experience.

* Experience of working with young people with SEMH needs or in an alternative provision is highly valued.

* Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for inclusive sport and physical activity.

* A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and enabling every young person to achieve their full potential.
