We are recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a range of opportunities across primary and SEN schools in Havering, Essex. Whether you have previous experience supporting children with additional needs or are looking to begin a career in education, we have flexible roles available to suit your skills and availability.
The Role
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting children with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs
- Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs
- Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
