Job Description

Strategy Education are recruiting for a KS2 Teacher to work in a primary school in Southend on Sea, Essex on a full time basis from September 2025 – July 2026.

The successful KS2 Teacher will be qualified and hold QTS for the UK.

The KS2 Teacher role will involve teaching a class on a full time basis.

The primary school is a 2 form entry school which was grade as "Good" by Ofsted at it's last inspection.

The school is set on a large site, with lots of outdoor space. It is part of a supportive and vibrant trust of schools.

Parking is available onsite and the school is located close to good transport links including trains to London and other parts of Essex, and buses.

Requirement for this KS2 Teacher post are:

  • BEd / PGCE or equivalent
  • QTS for the UK
  • Primary Teacher specialism
  • ECTs and overseas trained teachers are welcome to apply

The successful KS2 Teacher will be subject to a variety of checks including: eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references including one from your most recent employer.
