We are seeking an experienced and organised HR Assistant to join a busy secondary school in Wandsworth on a fixed-term basis. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting the day-to-day running of the school’s HR function.

Role Details

  • Location: Wandsworth (onsite only)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30
  • Start date: 23 February 2026
  • End date: 27 March 2026
  • There is potential for the contract to be extended

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an HR role within a school environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes in an educational setting
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
