About the Role
Strategy Education are recruiting for a 2iC Maths teacher to join a successful secondary school in West London on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Maths and take a lead role in the development of the department, including curriculum, assessment and pupil outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maths teacher looking to take the next step in their career and develop their leadership experience.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong experience teaching Maths across KS3–KS5
- A-Level Maths teaching experience highly desirable
- Previous experience leading a subject area, managing a team or supporting the running of a department
- Strong classroom practice and a track record of securing positive outcomes for students
- Enthusiasm for Maths and a commitment to high standards
