We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join a college in Kensington. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position, ideal for a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring the next generation of health and social care professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of Health and Social Care units
  • Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback
  • Monitoring learner progress and providing academic and pastoral support
  • Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance activities
  • Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and teaching practice

The Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

  • A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (degree level or above)
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Experience teaching in FE, sixth form, or a related educational setting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusive education
