We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join a college in Kensington. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position, ideal for a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring the next generation of health and social care professionals.
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of Health and Social Care units
- Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback
- Monitoring learner progress and providing academic and pastoral support
- Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance activities
- Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and teaching practice
The Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
- A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (degree level or above)
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Experience teaching in FE, sixth form, or a related educational setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusive education
