About the Role: We are seeking reliable, professional, and JCQ-certified Exam Invigilators to join our team. This is a seasonal role running throughout the academic year, supporting the fair and smooth running of examinations. As an Exam Invigilator, you will ensure that exams are conducted in line with JCQ regulations, maintaining a calm and supportive environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during examinations, ensuring compliance with JCQ guidelines.
- Distribute and collect exam papers and materials.
- Monitor exam conditions to prevent malpractice.
- Provide clear instructions to candidates and deal with queries during exams.
- Ensure the exam room is set up appropriately before and after sessions.
Requirements:
- JCQ Exam Invigilation Certificate – essential (applications without this will not be considered).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow procedures accurately.
