We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming nursery in Ongar, Essex.

The Role As a Nursery Assistant, you will: * Support children aged 0 5 years in their learning and development. * Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment. * Assist with indoor and outdoor play activities. * Encourage children s communication, creativity and independence. * Support mealtimes, personal care and daily routines. * Work closely with colleagues and build positive relationships with parents and carers. * Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS requirements at all times.
We re Looking For * A genuine passion for working with young children. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * A positive, patient and caring approach. * A willingness to learn and develop professionally. * Previous childcare experience is desirable but not essential. * Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is advantageous but not essential for Nursery Assistant roles.
