Strategy Education are the preferred supplier to an outstanding Multi Academy Trust with schools in Essex. They are looking for an ECT of Design Technology and Art and Design to join them on permanent contracts from September 2026.
The Academies within the trust are all either Outstanding or Good and have systems and mentors in place to ensure full support is given during the ECT pathway and beyond. The trust pride themselves on their outstanding status and are looking for trainee teachers who are striving to become outstanding practitioners.
All contracts are permanent; you will be employed directly by the school and paid in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions. The successful candidates will have a relevant undergraduate degree and will be subject to a variety of checks including eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
