Strategy Education work closely with a selection of Secondary Schools across Newham and surrounding East London Boroughs who need cover supervisors to cover daily and short term contracts.

Daily Supply offers flexibility to work when you want to work – so it\’s perfect if you don\’t want full time commitments, or if you want to work in a variety of schools each week.

Specific qualifications are not essential but you will require excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to effectively manage students in the classroom.

Candidates must;

In summary, the responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor include:

•Supervising work that has been set

•Managing the behaviour of pupils

•Responding to questions from pupils

•Assisting pupils to undertake activities set

•Collecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher

•Reporting back as appropriate using the agreed referral procedures within the school
