We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming nursery in Ongar, Essex.

The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will
- Support children aged 0β5 years in their learning and development.
- Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Assist with indoor and outdoor play activities.
- Encourage children's communication, creativity and independence.
- Support mealtimes, personal care and daily routines.
- Work closely with colleagues and build positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS requirements at all times.
- We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, patient and caring approach.
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Previous childcare experience is desirable but not essential.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is advantageous but not essential for Nursery Assistant roles.
