We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, skilled, and passionate Second in Charge of Mathematics to support the leadership and continued development of a successful and forward-thinking Mathematics department. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics teaching across Key Stages, ensuring strong progress and positive outcomes for all learners
- Model excellent classroom practice and support colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning
- Use assessment data effectively to inform planning, intervention, and departmental strategies
- Support the Head of Mathematics in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the department
- Contribute to curriculum design, sequencing, and assessment across all key stages
