Strategy Education is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants, Teaching Assistants and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a range of schools throughout South London.

These roles offer the opportunity to work in a variety of school environments, support pupils with different learning needs and make a genuine difference to their educational experience.
IMPORTANT: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for these positions due to the locations of the schools.
The Roles
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting class teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons
- Supporting pupils with special educational needs and additional learning needs
- Helping pupils access the curriculum and develop confidence and independence
- Supporting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Preparing learning resources and assisting with classroom activities
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and wider support teams
- For HLTA positions, leading lessons and delivering planned learning activities when required

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a TA, SEN TA, LSA or HLTA is desirable
- Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is advantageous for SEN-focused roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Patient, positive, reliable and adaptable
- Confident supporting learning and promoting positive behaviour
- Able to work effectively as part of a school team
- Passionate about helping children and young people reach their potential
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle — essential
