If you’ve spent the last couple of years in an agency juggling several paid media accounts, and you’re the person who always wants to know why the numbers moved, not just what they were, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Senior Paid Media Executive at StrategiQ, you’ll run campaigns hands‑on across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads for a varied mix of B2B and B2C clients. You’ll dig into GA4 and user behaviour data, find what’s working and what isn’t, and turn it into reporting that gives clients a clear story and a confident next step. Working closely with our Head of Paid Media and client teams, you’ll also build towards shaping strategy for the accounts you know best.

Salary from £30,000
IS THIS YOU?
-
You have at least 2 years’ experience in an agency, managing paid media for several clients at once rather than one large account
-
You’ve built, launched and optimised campaigns yourself in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
-
You’re confident in GA4, and using appropriate tools to understand user behaviour
-
You’ve helped create client reports that explain what happened, why it happened and what to do next
-
You’ve worked across both B2B and B2C clients
-
You’re organised and calm when you’re managing several clients and deadlines at the same time
-
Bonus points if you’ve also worked in other performance marketing channels or with programmatic
