Remote Latin America Travel Consultant Duties:
- Curation of high-quality, tailormade itineraries for a wide range of traveller segments.
- Managing the end-to-end client journey, including planning, costing, refining, and confirming itineraries, through to post-travel communications and nurturing future travel wish lists.
- Delivering an unparalleled level of client service.
- Conversion of warm sales leads via email, telephone, and video calls.
- Proactive expansion of product knowledge, staying informed of the latest industry developments to ensure expertise.
Remote Latin America Travel Consultant Essential Requirements:
- Strong experience selling tailormade complex travel across South America within an established UK tour operator.
- First-hand expertise in our core destinations, particularly Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica and Ecuador.
- A client-first approach, committed to crafting extraordinary travel experiences.
- Results-driven, with a proven ability to exceed expectations.
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with confidence in face-to-face interactions (video calls).
- A strong track record of delivering exceptional sales performance in a target-driven setting.
- Meticulous approach to client service, ensuring seamless experiences from enquiry to post-travel.
