Due to growth, now seeking an experienced Inbound Travel Reservations Executive, full or part time, hybrid working. Inbound Travel Reservations Executive Duties: No two days are the same in this exciting and varied role. As an Inbound Travel Quotation Executive, you will play a key role in creating competitive and tailored group travel proposals while building strong relationships with suppliers across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, competitive and bespoke quotations for inbound group travel across the UK and Europe.
- Source, negotiate and secure the best rates for hotels, accommodation and other travel services to maximise value for clients.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with hotels, suppliers and industry partners, ensuring the highest levels of service and competitive pricing.
- Handle group travel bookings from enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring every detail is managed efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to tailor itineraries and meet specific group requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, availability and rates with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
- Ensure all quotations are delivered within agreed deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Keep up to date with hotel products, destinations and travel trends across the UK and Europe to provide expert recommendations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
