You will work directly with our Managing Director, own the full advice process and have a clear path to become Lead Financial Planner. What you will do:

  • Prepare, attend and follow up on client meetings with the MD
  • Build net-worth statements, cash-flow models and holistic financial plans
  • Identify planning opportunities, perform calculations and craft recommendations
  • Research products and investments, documenting due diligence and suitability
  • Co-write compliant advice reports with our paraplanner
  • Own file accuracy and compliance; coordinate smooth implementation
  • Support onboarding, annual review prep and ongoing client relationships

What you bring:

  • Location: Based in the United Kingdom
  • Experience: 3–10 years paraplanning with full case-management responsibility
  • Relationships: experienced in dealing directly with clients, striving for excellence, always
  • Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma (or near completion) and ambition for CFP status
  • Remote discipline: Proven self-management and deadline delivery from home
  • Skills: Highly organised, analytical, clear communicator, detail-focused, proactive
