We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with French and International payroll experience to work for a world-leading investment bank located in London on a 6-12 month contract. Skills in French Payroll, UK/International Payroll, Tax, NI/Social Security, Reporting, Pay deadlines and Oracle Cloud are a must.

YOUR IMPACT

Controllers are a diverse team of specialists charged with ensuring the firm meets the financial control and reporting obligations of a global, regulated and public financial institution. The Compensation Accounting team sit within the Controllers group and manage the monthly payroll bookings for all local EMEA entities into the firm’s general ledger, whilst reconciling all payroll clearance accounts. The team also has responsibility for completing detailed variance and control checks and analysis per the Firm’s Sarbanes Oxley and other control measures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse and process French and UK payroll in line with the local and regional tax, payroll and wage reporting rules within monthly processing timelines.
  • Detailed calculation of wages and applicable deductions based on employee contract and internal compensation rules.
  • Input/update of key payroll information.
