WELL SERVICES SUPERVISOR
Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator is seeking an experienced Well Services Supervisor. This is a 3 Month PAYE Contract role which comprise of a 46-day offshore campaign (equal time rotation) and onshore support activities. There is a hybrid working arrangement in place when onshore.
Purpose Statement:
Responsible for the safe and efficient offshore execution of well intervention activities. This role covers all client operated wells ensuring compliance with Well Intervention and Integrity Management Standards.
Accountabilities:
Ensures projects are delivered in full compliance with corporate policies, standards, procedures and guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements, and are executed safely and efficiently.
Ensure adherence to detailed well intervention work procedures.
Prepares and sends daily intervention report.
Chairs daily offshore morning call with responsible onshore intervention engineer.
Interfaces effectively with other offshore teams and offshore asset management e.g. OIM, Production Supervisor, construction, maintenance operations teams to efficiently deliver the well intervention scope.
Ensure detailed operational risk assessments are reviewed and risks are managed and mitigated as appropriate.
Captures and closes out operational lessons learned and tracking of NPT events.
Preparation of End of Well Reports.
Responsible for the maintenance of well intervention records and ensuring that any changes to well status as a result of a well intervention are noted.
Provides support to the Incident Management Team (IMT) in the event of a relevant incident.
Responsible for ensuring risk assessments are reviewed and all required actions are closed out.
Responsible for ensuring change is identified during operations and that the appropriate MOC standards are followed, and appropriate steps are taken
Competencies and Qualifications:
HNC in engineering, technology or science discipline and considerable time served in a well intervention discipline.
Work Experience:
Considerable offshore experience in at least one well intervention discipline
Proven track record of successfully delivering well intervention operations and managing offshore well intervention and intervention support delivery teams
Experience of risk management techniques and processes
Good understanding of Completion well design and execution
Experience of well integrity operations
Experience of NUI platform operations
E line perforation and shot correlation experience
Certifications:
Level 4 – IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control
Offshore certification
First aid (Preferred)
