RECEPTIONIST / TEAM ASSISTANT Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Teams Assistant. This is a 12 Month PAYE Contract role and could be full time or part time 4 days per week. Reports to: Executive Assistant Role Purpose: This role will provide reception cover to the Aberdeen office, meet and greet customers, manage and handle incoming calls for Aberdeen and London. Additionally, this position will manage additional administration and coordination tasks. Main Tasks: Manage Aberdeen and London office calls Meet and greet visitors to the Aberdeen office providing safety guidance around the office Providing refreshments to visitors Informing staff of visitors arrivals Ensuring mail is franked and ready to be collected by the post and dealing with incoming mail and courier deliveries on a daily basis Making up ID passes for new starts Managing merchandise stock for new starts Managing additional tasks such as (but not limited to): ordering stationery, kitchen consumables, office maintenance liaison, event organisation, setting up meeting rooms Travel booking support where required Maintaining the kitchen facilities on a daily basis Professional/Educational Requirements Essential: Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Previous experience of managing and running a reception desk Experience of SharePoint
