12 Month Contract
Administrative Support
- Organise and maintain accurate, up-to-date project file structure ensuring easy accessibility.
- Provide daily administrative assistance, including calendar management and meeting scheduling.
- Oversee the administration of the system, inputting to project dashboards and registers.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Administration updates of Well Integrity Management System and Well and Installation Operator Services (via Energy Portal).
Logistics Coordination
- Manage logistical arrangements for personnel, including ATS bookings.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and meetings, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate and process air freight requests as required.
Data and DCC Support
- Support processing of requisitions and updates to Purchase Order tracking within Maximo.
- Document and recommend improvements for data management processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information.
