Our Client, an Oil and Gas Company have a requirement for a SAP Administrator to join their team in Aberdeen on a contract PAYE basis until December 2026.
This will be a hybrid working arrangement of 4 days in the office, 1 day at home.
- Job Overview
- Provides valuable controls in the maintenance and pursuit of a continuously improving robust cost management service to all internal stakeholders
- Quality Control review of Purchase Requisitions (PRs);
- Raise PRs in SAP and update the Cost Tracker accordingly;
- PR management - corrections/closures/problem solving;
- Distribute vendor invoices to JRE’s for review and approval;
- Raise Service Entry Sheets (SES’s) in SAP;
- Run weekly actuals and commitment reports from SAP;
- Assist in the maintenance and roll‑out of cost management processes and procedures.
- Follow the safety & environmental policies, guidelines and procedures as directed by the business.
