This job sits within the Governance and Company Secretarial department based in Worcester. The department is responsible for providing company secretarial services to the Group and for ensuring high quality governance frameworks are in place across the Group. Preference for someone with an administrative background, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint etc. Good organisational skills. Some experience of taking minutes or notes at meetings, and preparing reports for meetings would be useful but not essential - someone who can work well as part of an administrative team. Must have a good level of experience in administration. Must have NVQ 3 in a releavent area ( Business Administration, Customer Services ) Must have a high level of numeracy and literacy skill and a High level of the Eglish language and literacy.
