My Client, the UK's leading supplier of social housing, student accommodation, care homes and assisted living, require an experienced suitably qualified person to assist various teams in regards to administration and other related duties.
- Experience of providing administrative services.
- Some experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Recent experience of providing administrative support to senior management.
- Some knowledge of housing and other relevant legislation.
- Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
- Some experience of producing and analysing quality statistical information.
- Some experience of resolving problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
- Basic negotiation skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Ability to interpret, extract and interrogate computerised data.
