Strategic Placements is seeking an experienced Maintenance Caretaker/Handyman in Manchester. This role involves conducting maintenance inspections, performing minor repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
You will work 35 hours per week, with the first shift from 10am to 5pm and a subsequent shift from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is potential for additional hours during tenancy turnaround periods.
