Maintenance Caretaker

Working hours – 36 Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:15pm and Friday 9am to 5pm Responsibility to manage all minor repairs across the site, healthy and safe checks, estate inspections, litter picking and general maintenance of the accommodation and all facilities onsite. Must have experience in Caretaking and General Maintenance duties. The Client is a major supplier of Student Accomodation within the UK working in conjunction with the NHS. this is a temp to perm position for the right person
