My Client, a well respected provider of Social Housing, Student Accommodation and Care Homes, has an urgent need for a Multi Trades Operative with a main trade of either a Carpenter or Plumber to NVQ Level 2/3, plus additional skills in other areas. The work will involve both planned and reactive work on voids and tenanted properties. There is work up to June with a strong possibility of it being extended further into the year.
Hours: 40 per week.
Pay: £16.50 PAYE, £20.00 CIS.
