Team Assistant to Founder/CEO – Health Supplement Start-Up
£27,000 – £30,000 DOE | HYBRID with occasional travel to Beaconsfield (Bucks), London or Manchester. Founder lives close to Beaconsfield.
Strategic PA Recruitment are exclusively recruiting a proactive, organised and emotionally intelligent Team Assistant to support the inspirational Founder/CEO of a fast-growing start-up in the health supplement industry. This is an exciting new role where no two days will be the same - ideal for someone who loves being organised, is tech savvy and is comfortable working remotely and taking initiative. You'll be assisting the CEO with business operations, projects, communications, research and team coordination.
As a core team member from the ground up, you’ll have the opportunity to implement systems and help shape company culture. This position is a hybrid role, with occasional in-person meetings and would suit someone with a strong sense of ownership, a warm personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the CEO with inbox, diary, travel and meeting logistics
- Support project tracking, reporting, and communication across stakeholders
- Be the key liaison for outsourced IT services and internal tech queries
- Assist with research, administration and documentation for grants and audits
- Create efficiencies using tools such as Microsoft Office and Monday.com
- Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum
- Statutory Holiday & Pension
- 1 Year Fixed Term Contract (with view to turning permanent)

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of PA or administrative experience, be highly organised, tech-savvy, and possess strong emotional intelligence. A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a discreet, professional approach are crucial. This is a Level 2/3 role on the Global Skills Matrix.
