A natural ability to navigate complexity, influence at senior level and execute with precision will be essential.

This role requires an EA who thrives in complexity, understands stakeholder nuance and enjoys operating as a genuine strategic business partner.
The successful EA will demonstrate:
- Extensive Executive Assistant experience supporting CEO or C-suite leadership within a FTSE100 or similarly complex global organisation
- Strong board-level exposure, including governance and committee understanding
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to operate at senior executive level
- Proven experience managing heavy, highly complex international diaries and global logistics
- The ability to remain calm, solutions-focused and commercially aware within a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, highly discreet and emotionally intelligent approach to gatekeeping and partnership
