We are working with a dynamic and driven founder who is seeking ahigh-calibre Personal Assistantto provide seamless support across both business and personal spheres. This is a unique and varied position with real autonomy, a chance to create the blueprint for how this role evolves going forward.
About the Role:
This isn’t a traditional Personal Assistant role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment, is naturally resourceful and can quickly become the trusted “go-to.”
Based at the founder’s private residence in Holyport (3 days in the office / 2 days from home), you’ll be hands-on, proactive and equally comfortable managing projects, implementing AI tools for efficiency, or handling personal tasks with discretion and care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as right-hand support to the founder – anticipating needs, creating solutions and ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly.
- Delivering project-based work, often from idea through to execution.
- Embracing technology and AI to drive efficiencies and smart ways of working.
- Managing a wide variety of business and personal tasks with a “can-do” approach.
- Serving as the family’s trusted point of contact – reliable, dependable and proactive.
- Bringing energy, empathy, and emotional intelligence to every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced PA who is tech-savvy and excited about using AI to transform ways of working.
- Excellent communication skills – able to build relationships with ease and represent the founder professionally.
- Integrity, loyalty and complete confidentiality – non-negotiable qualities in this role.
- Hands on – someone who takes initiative, rolls up their sleeves, and gets things done.
- High EQ with the ability to read situations and respond thoughtfully.
- Resourceful, adaptable and energised by variety – no two days will be the same.

- Location: Holyport, Berkshire (founder’s private residence)
- Working Model and Hours: 9am–6pm | 3 days office-based, 2 days WFH
