This role requires an EA who thrives in complexity, understands stakeholder nuance and enjoys operating as a genuine strategic business partner.
The successful EA will demonstrate:
- Extensive Executive Assistant experience supporting CEO or C-suite leadership within a FTSE100 or similarly complex global organisation
- Strong board-level exposure, including governance and committee understanding
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to operate at senior executive level
