An exceptional opportunity to become the trusted right hand to the CEO of a prestigious, high-touch luxury automotive business. This is a hybrid Office Manager and Executive Assistant role, offering the chance to build the partnership from the ground up with a CEO who has never worked with an Executive Assistant before.
Working across the whole business, you'll help create structure, drive efficiencies and become a genuine business partner during an exciting period of growth.
- Become the CEO's first Executive Assistant, shaping the role and building a true business partnership from day one.
- Work across the entire business with exposure to operations, HR, recruitment, finance, marketing, events and office management.
- Help create structure, improve communication, drive accountability and enable the CEO to focus on the bigger picture.
- Has previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager experience.
- Is highly organised, proactive and commercially aware, with exceptional emotional intelligence.
- Is confident building trusted relationships, influencing others and using initiative to drive positive outcomes.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and is happy to work five days a week in the office.
- An interest in automotive, motorsport or F1 desirable.
