THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, a high-growth, venture-backed technology business building AI-ready data centre infrastructure at speed and scale. Backed by leading investors and operating internationally, the business is entering a critical phase of expansion with a clear long-term growth strategy. They are now seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer in a high-trust, high-impact role at the heart of the organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the centre of key leadership conversations, decision‑making and cultural initiatives, with regular exposure to C‑suite dynamics, board‑level discussions and senior stakeholders.

THE ROLE

This is a trusted right‑hand role supporting the Chief People Officer, operating as an extension of the CPO and bringing structure, clarity and momentum to a fast‑paced, sometimes unpredictable environment. This role is a strategic partnership position. You will help maintain leadership momentum, ensure priorities translate into action and bring operational clarity across a rapidly evolving organisation. As the CPO describes it, "a role that can become as big as you want it to be." For the right person, there is genuine scope to become deeply embedded within the senior leadership team and play a meaningful role in shaping the organisation’s culture, values and ways of working. The Executive Assistant role is highly respected within the business and recognised by the CPO as a true force multiplier in enabling leadership effectiveness.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a London‑based role in Soho, located off Regent Street, within a dynamic, open‑plan office environment with growth plans to expand within the building. The culture is defined by ownership, pace, transparency and accountability, with a true “all hands on deck” mindset. It is energetic, welcoming and high performing… and yes, there is also an exceptionally well‑behaved office dog.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Acting as trusted right hand to the Chief People Officer
  • Managing a complex and fast‑changing diary, inbox and communications with full access
  • Preparing leadership meetings, agendas, briefings, board papers and presentations
  • Tracking actions, follow‑up and accountability across senior leadership discussions
  • Acting as a connective thread across the leadership team to maintain information flow and alignment
  • Building trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating complex travel, off‑sites and leadership events, including visas and documentation
  • Supporting company‑wide initiatives, projects and supplier relationships during scale
  • Anticipating pressure points, risks and priorities before they arise and keeping momentum moving

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Significant EA experience supporting a Chief People Officer, Founder, CEO or C‑suite leader in a high‑expectation environment
  • Experience within tech, AI, product‑led or high‑growth scale‑up settings
  • Confidence working with high profile senior stakeholders, boards or investors and handling highly sensitive information
  • Strong judgement, emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Calm authority in ambiguity, with the ability to prioritise fast and deliver to a high standard
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 capability and strong overall tech fluency
  • Flexibility to support across time zones, with occasional out‑of‑hours moments when business‑critical

PACKAGE

£90,000+ per annum (DOE), pension contribution, annual performance‑related bonus, private medical insurance (self) plus Strategic PA Network membership. This is a Global Skills Matrix: Level 4 position (with elements of Level 5).
