We are delighted to be partnering with a technology-enabled sustainable energy business operating in the electric vehicle charging and clean infrastructure sector. At a pivotal moment in the organisation’s growth, the Chief Executive Officer is seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to act as their trusted right hand and central point of coordination across the Board and Senior Leadership Team.
The role is primarily dedicated to supporting the CEO (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% providing light-touch support to the CFO and Chairperson as required. This is an opportunity to step into a high-trust, governance-led Executive Assistant role at the heart of the organisation, ensuring leadership decisions, Board activity and executive priorities are delivered with clarity, structure and precision. The CEO has a strong appreciation for the value of the Executive Assistant partnership and recognises the critical role it plays in supporting effective leadership.
This is a trusted right-hand role supporting the Chief Executive Officer, with light-touch support to the CFO and Chair where required. You will bring structure, judgement and calm execution to complex priorities, enabling the CEO to focus on leadership, strategy and decision-making. Working closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team, you will manage complex diaries and inbox activity, coordinate Board and Committee meetings and ensure governance, documentation and action tracking are delivered with the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism. This role will suit an EA who enjoys operating at Board level, understands corporate governance and takes pride in running a disciplined, well-governed executive operation.
This hybrid role is based in Waterloo, London, with three to four days per week in the office. You will work in a fast-paced, open-plan leadership environment where decisions move quickly and where visibility, commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management are key. The organisation operates within a private equity-backed structure, so preparation, accountability and pace are central to how the leadership team works.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as trusted right hand to the Chief Executive Officer
- Managing complex diary and inbox activity aligned to Board and strategic priorities
- Preparing and coordinating Board, Committee and Senior Leadership meetings
- Producing agendas, Board packs, minutes and action logs
- Tracking governance actions and ensuring follow-through across leadership teams
- Managing confidential executive communications and documentation
- Supporting corporate governance and company secretarial processes
- Providing light-touch travel and expenses support for the CFO and Chair
- Maintaining structure, rhythm and discipline across the executive calendar

Package:
