The purpose of this post is to support the Digital Shared Services (DSS) Deputy Secretary (Grade 3) and SRO to deliver the PSSN procurement project from April 2026.

The Programme Director will be required to:

  • Assess monetary and non-monetary benefits of the current contract.
  • Explore the market to consider future network provision including technological advancements and innovation.
  • Provide an options analysis on the best route to market before taking the programme through procurement, award of contract and the first stages of implementation.
