A UK B2B SaaS scale-up is hiring its next marketing executive. This isn't a content-led generalist role. It sits closer to demand gen and marketing operations - the person who runs the HubSpot instance, ships the paid LinkedIn campaigns, builds the nurture flows, and reports on what's actually contributing to pipeline. The senior commercial team has been carrying this work and it's time to hand it to someone who treats marketing ops as a craft.

What you'll own:

  • End-to-end campaigns across paid LinkedIn, email nurture, and landing pages
  • HubSpot - workflows, lists, scoring, segmentation, reporting
  • Lead nurture flows from first touch through to sales handoff
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on MQLs, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance
  • Marketing-to-sales handoff with the BDR team

What we're looking for:

  • 2 - 3 years B2B SaaS or B2B tech marketing experience
  • Hands-on HubSpot - you've owned an instance, not just touched one
  • Paid LinkedIn Ads experience with real numbers behind it
  • Strong writing instincts - you draft your own ad copy and nurture emails
  • Comfort with two distinct buyer personas, including a technical audience

Hybrid London, £32k - £38k depending on experience. If this sounds like your next step, apply now.
