Ground worker

Job Description

We are looking for a ground worker / bricklayer with the ideal candidate having knowledge and experience of pointing, flagging and concreting etc.

You will undertake maintenance, repair and minor project works associated with void refurbishments for our social housing clients.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in pointing, flagging and concreting is essential
• Minimum of 1 years\’ experience in small project maintenance/void refurbishments
• Full UK driving license
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good time and diary planning skills
• Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department

Salary: £ £16.50 per hour

Pay: £14.00-£16.50 per hour

Experience:

• Housing Repair & Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
