Job Description
Software Product Manager – Notting Hill, West London (W10)
Strategic Agenda sells software that helps small businesses manage their operations and translate their content.
We're looking for a Software Product Manager to support and manage and help sell our two SaaS products: TranslationProjex and Robert.cat.
So what will you actually be doing?
Your primary role will be managing the development of and support of cloud-based apps and providing excellent customer support to our growing client base.
A typical day might range from demonstrating the product to a client in the US, to giving us your bright ideas on how to market/improve our apps.
Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as a first point of contact for any support issues.
- Helping the development team improve and design better software
- Managing client subscriptions
- Training existing clients on the platform.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve, ensuring enquiries are handled in a timely manner building a close relationship with clients.
- Escalate issues to the development team and follow up on their resolution
- Testing new feature releases
- Creating content (support docs, videos) to help users help themselves
- Helping demo the software
- Creating content to market the apps
