Can you design beautiful and highly functional websites in WordPress that arenât based on an out of the box theme? Do you know how to get the best use of page builders? Do you know the best plugins to optimise load time, functionality and security? Do you have a portfolio of over 10 WordPress sites that youâre proud to showcase? If you answered yes to these questions then weâd love to hear from you.
Strategic Agenda works with some of the best organisations in the world - those that focus on delivering global good rather than just global profit. We are looking for senior freelance web designers - based in or close to a UK timezone - that can create brilliant websites for our NGO clients. Our projects are typically fixed priced with ongoing maintenance as required.
What we need from you:
- Ability to create websites from scratch (without a theme)
- Structure sites so they are easy to hand over to non-techy clients
- Secure and maintain sites so they load optimally
- Provide analytics insight
- Find and create plugins as necessary
Qualifications:
- Excellent design eye - e.g. you understand colour palettes and content hierarchy
