We are looking for Telephone Fundraisers to join our remote team on a part-time or full-time basis. In this role, you will speak with warm supporters on behalf of our charity partners. You will have meaningful conversations, build rapport, listen carefully, answer questions and inspire people to support causes they care about through donations.
This is a home-based role, making outbound calls to existing or warm supporters. The following skills and attributes are required:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, confident and professional telephone manner
- Empathy and emotional intelligence when speaking with supporters
- Basic computer literacy and ability to record information accurately
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, campaigning or phone-based work is an advantage
- A genuine interest in charities, causes or social impact
