In this role, you will work closely with our leaders and translate business requirements into clear, pragmatic HR measures. You will operate in an international, matrix-organised organisation and take an active role in driving performance, engagement, and organisational development in your unit.
Your Responsibilities:
- Advising and coaching leaders on all HR-related topics
- Managing central processes such as Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning
- Responsible for Employee Relations and complex labour law issues
- Consulting on organisational design, change processes, and team structures
- Deriving and implementing concrete HR measures from business requirements
- Coaching leaders on leadership, communication, and employee development
- Close collaboration with global HR functions to implement international initiatives
- Analysing relevant HR metrics and using data for decision support
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience as a (Senior) HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of German labour law
- Experience in a complex, matrix-organised organisation
- Strong consulting, communication, and influencing skills
- Pragmatism, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English language skills
