Scrum master

Stratacent is seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader and Agile evangelist who can guide multiple Scrum teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of complex, cross‑functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a high‑performing, self‑organizing team environment.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
• Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive transparency and improvement.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the scaling of Agile practices across the organization (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus frameworks).
• Act as a change agent to promote Agile values and principles across departments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A‑CSM), or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with at least 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile coaching or enterprise‑level Agile transformation.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).

PMP, PMI‑ACP, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
