Stratacent is seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader and Agile evangelist who can guide multiple Scrum teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive transparency and improvement.
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the scaling of Agile practices across the organization (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus frameworks).
- Act as a change agent to promote Agile values and principles across departments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with at least 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile coaching or enterprise-level Agile transformation.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
