Role: Personal Assistant (Maternity Cover, 12 months FTC)

Location: Support Office, Doncaster/Hybrid Working

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Opportunity

In this role you’ll be first-hand support for our CEO and provide occasional support for the Chairman, COO, CGO & FD. You’ll be super organised, managing the logistics of busy diaries and being sure to take care of all the finer details. You’ll be able to multi-task and prioritise to make sure meetings are well prepared for, preparing all the relevant information and reports in good time. You’ll use your exceptional attention to detail to ensure nothing is missed, and that everything’s been thought through and considered in everything you do.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Co-ordinating our CEO, CGO, COO and Chairman’s diary, making sure that all logistics are organised, taking care of all the finer details.
  • Support preparing for meetings, making sure there’s the correct technology set up and the appropriate documentation is prepared.
  • Collate information and data in preparation for presentations and reports.
  • Take Board meeting minutes with a quick turnaround.
  • Respond quickly to calls and emails on our CEO’s behalf, always giving fantastic service in the appropriate tone of voice.
  • Ability to communicate well with different people at all levels.
  • Take a proactive and pre-emptive approach and use initiative to always ensure things run smoothly.
  • Arrange Travel & Catering for onsite and offsite events.
  • Treat information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist planning and organising internal and external company events, working closely with our First Impressions team.
  • Project lead on Strata Charity Ball, liaising internally and externally.
  • Organise Strata Drop-in Days internally, communicating with our contractors.
