Job Overview
Exciting opportunity to either kick start or further your career in the events industry! The successful candidate will support with the planning, coordinating and delivery of pre-production and post-production of live events and communications for clients represented by Strata.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Administration
- Prepare for going onsite: preparing PA kits, Crew shirts etc.
- Work with the team to ensure that key dates in the schedule are met.
- Organise internal/external meetings and own the required actions.
- Good housekeeping of Job Folders, with overall responsibility for filing.
- Good understanding of commercial principles such as mark-up and margin.
- Use Procim to accurately complete POs and timesheets on time and in line with the Strata policy.
- Book the required crew, catering, accommodation and flights for the Project Team.
- Liaise with venues and be their point of contact for Strata.
- Carry out post event reconciliation, including reporting and archiving event collateral.
- Be aware of health and safety issues and risk assessments.
- Ability to minute meetings and produce succinct and accurate contact reports.
- Responsible for updating project documentation, including contact sheet and the onsite schedule.
- Source any giveaways and basic event print work.
- Creative Delivery
- Project research for entertainment, gift and other required collateral.
- Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery is in accordance with Strata’s quality management processes.
- Assist with the post event administrative process, including working with the Marketing function to create a case study.
- External to Strata
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Listen and take note of client requirements.
- Monitor the quality of all client deliverables.
- Develop client relationships where appropriate.
- Team
- Act as a ‘Buddy’ to new Team Members and support the induction process.
- Identify and actively involve yourself in development opportunities.
