Strata, a Midlands-based brand experience agency, is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day finance function and ensure accurate, timely reporting. The role covers robust financial controls, month- and year-end closes, budgeting support and compliance with accounting standards.
Reporting to Group Finance Director, you will partner with senior stakeholders, manage cash flow, and coach the finance team across multiple sites in a hybrid working setup.
