Strata, a modern family business with over 100 years’ experience building quality homes, is looking for an Assistant Site Manager in Leeds and surrounding areas. You will support the Site Manager to deliver homes on time, to a high standard, with a strong focus on Health and Safety, quality, and commercial awareness.

You’ll coordinate trades, monitor progress against the programme, maintain site records, and liaise with subcontractors and customers to ensure a smooth handover.
