Following the launch of Strata Tuition in Nottingham, we’re growing our team of tutors and looking for passionate people who want to make a real difference to young people. At Strata, we’re not just about grades. Our approach is built around Grades, Grit, Growth. We want to help students achieve academically, build confidence and resilience, develop strong study habits, and ultimately become young people who believe in what they’re capable of.
We’re looking for tutors who genuinely enjoy teaching, mentoring and helping students grow – whether that’s explaining a tricky concept, preparing someone for an exam, or encouraging them to aim higher. We’re particularly looking for tutors who can teach:
- A-Level Biology
- A-Level Physics
- A-Level Maths
- A-Level English
We’re also open to hearing from tutors in other subjects!

Location: In person, Unit 1B, Adam Court, New Basford, Nottingham
Role: Flexible, paid tutoring
Class size: Typically 3-6 students
The role can work particularly well alongside university, postgraduate study, or another job. Graduates and current students are both welcome to apply.
