We are looking for a groundworks Gangs, each comprising 3 operatives, to undertake works on a busy residential development. (if you don’t have 3 we may be able to pair you up with others)

Scope of Works

  • All-round groundworks
  • S104 works Roads
  • S38 works Roads
  • External finishing works to plots
  • Remedial works
  • New build infrastructure and plot works

Essential Requirements

  • All operatives must hold valid CSCS cards
  • Additional qualifications and CPCS cards are advantageous
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality workmanship
  • Experience working to strict inspection and sign-off standards
  • Site working Hours are 7:30 – 5pm - 5 days a week

Project Requirements: Due to the nature of the works, quality and attention to detail are paramount.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Site operates a strict random Drugs & Alcohol Testing Policy
  • All operatives must be D&A free at all times
  • Previous breaches on site have been treated as serious offences and will not be tolerated
  • Principal Contractor operates as a Tier 1 Contractor
  • Strict compliance with site rules is mandatory
  • Yellow Card / Red Card disciplinary system in operation
